Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Truly Untamed! We take pride in crafting natural, small-batch tallow skincare products with love and care. Due to the nature of our products, we have a few guidelines in place for returns and refunds.

🔄 Returns

Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns on used or opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds will:

  • Be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We may request photo documentation to help us process damage claims quickly and efficiently.
