At Truly Untamed, we carefully package every order by hand to ensure your products arrive fresh, secure, and full of goodness. Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping.


📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking info once it ships.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—Truly Untamed is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight).

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

  • Typical delivery times range from 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Note: Shipping times may be delayed during holidays, severe weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.


📍 Local Pickup 

We offer free local pickup in Alamosa, Colorado. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready and instructions to coordinate pickup.


🌡️ Warm Weather Shipping

Some of our products—especially those made with natural oils and tallow—may soften or melt in hot weather. We recommend:

  • Retrieving your package promptly upon delivery

  • Allowing melted products to cool and re-solidify at room temperature before opening

Truly Untamed is not responsible for melting during transit, but we always package items as securely as possible to prevent damage.


❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at trulyuntamedtallow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos of any damage to assist with a resolution.

  • We’re happy to help file a claim with USPS and will work with you to make it right!
